Our Service
As well as supplying the hardware and software that run our ARTEDATA Taxi Dispatch solution, of significant value to our clients is the service we provide, primarily ongoing advice on general taxi dispatch issues combined with 24/7 support for our clients’ hardware and software.
Our preference is to regularly visit a client’s base to “health-check” both their hardware and software (against viruses, user-error, fraud etc.) -this is covered by a Support Service Agreement. We find this keeps their dispatch solution optimised so maximising their revenues and reducing costs and risk.
It remains of prime importance to Cecam that we keep our clients operational and their drivers earning.
